pH Is Key For Bedroom Stamina

Oh my how you've grown!

The Better The pH Balance,The Better Erection

Sorry to be blunt, but you know what I mean now. It's been established that men with a imbalanced pH, have more erectile problems then dudes who are balanced.

This is especially true is you are older, take many recreational drugs, take drugs for ADHD(stimulants) or if you are diabetic. Viagra is an easy quick fix, but some guys can't tolerate the side effects. I had a huge problem with the 4 four boners myself. So did many of my female co-worker's. Ha-ha. Seriously, a balanced pH is a good way to become more healthy in general. It's limited to penis health.

And Females and Their Female Partners Can Benifit

If you are a lesbian, pH balance will increase blood flow to your clitoris, allowing for more sensitivity, and heightened orgasm. (Why would I leave out girls that like girls?)

The 411 On pH Balance

Now you are aware that a balanced pH is an important element in erectile function (or "boner maintenance" as my old roomie Louie said)

What is pH? I knew it was related to science, therefore I had no idea what it was. It wasn't as scary as I originally thought it was. pH is a measure of the acidity or basicity of an aqueous solution(urine, blood, etc) Pure water is considered neutral, with a pH level of 7. Solutions with a pH less than 7 are said to be acidic and solutions with a pH greater than 7 are basic or alkaline.

Everybody has a measurable pH level. It can be taken from saliva, urine, or blood. The saliva can be effected by what you just ate or drank, and pH levels can be inconsistent. The most accurate reading comes from a urine sample, and that's generally where it's taken from.

The ideal pH for the human body is in the range between 6.1 and 7.Keeping it in balance is very important. Being slightly on the acidic side is when our bodies are the healthiest. The problem lies when we become acidic. Our bodies are naturally acidic, but we can alkalize our system quit easily; by eating more alkalizing foods, like raw vegetables. It's very hard to get your body too basic, or alkaline.

Getting back to the danger of having a pH lower than 6.1.(acidic) When this happens, our bodies become imbalanced . Diseases thrive when in an imbalanced body. Diabetes, for example, is an example of the body producing too much glucose.(sugar) When our bodies have too much acid, micro forms(bacteria, fungus) begin to wreak havoc.People with ADHD that take Adderall have very acidic pH's and need to alkalize. Candida(yeast) also thrives in this environment.

If you are acidic for too long, the acid can erode your body, and eventually shut down all cellular activity. So you want to keep your system in balance. Abstaining from smoking and drinking will definitely make this easier. The only factor left in your control, is diet.

Acid creating food are building foods like meat, fish, dairy, eggs, grain, fruit(because of high fructose, which creates acid)

Alkalizing foods are cleansing. Foods like leafy green vegetables, avocados, nuts, seeds, tomatoes, squash, legumes, are alkalizing foods.

To keep that delicate balance, and not get too acidic, about 80% of your food should be alkalizing. So obviously 20% of your food will be acid creating. The optimum balance is "80/20" to keep your pH level in that desired range between 6.1 and 7. I read 6.35 was the perfect mean level for most people; but everybody has a different body chemistry; and your pH number will be unique. When you feel you are at your healthiest, (and you will know), that's when to test your pH. There are testing kits for sale all over the Internet.

The more green vegetables you eat the better. This is because green veggies have an abundance of chloroform in them. Chloroform produces oxygen, and acid thrives in lower oxygen. Also try to eat more fiber. Fiber is good because it acts as a sponge and soaks up acid.

It good to have supplements available, to make up for whatever nutrients you lost by changing your diet most common are iron, niacin, and B vitamins, which are commonly found in meat products (acid forming)

I haven't decided if I am going to commit to a diet where 3/4 of my plate is vegetables. I am willing to eat a few more vegetables, and cut back or soda and coffee, which are both tremendous acid producers. I will certainly be hubbing about it give it a shot. Peace and health...

Great information, it makes perfect sense too, but often overlooked. Thanks for reminding me, have some ails that might be fixed by some PH adjustments. Thanks and well written.

Loved this post! Thank you. Very helpful. I know my hot tub can be harmed with the alkalinity - you explained it very well. What about garlic - what does that do to alkalinity in our bodies? I have been craving garlic. My poor husband - I try to indulge only when he is out of town. Never wanted or desired garlic before! Voted up! Excellent!

It makes sense that we can basically monitor and balance our pH, by what we put in our body. If there is an imbalance, we can load up on certain foods to restore balance.

I know I am very acidic based on the amount of acid building foods I eat. There has got to be a hole in me somewhere.

...and thanks for your encouraging words. I wasn't expecting that.

Awesome article napetv. It is a good thing to bring this to others attention. I was turned onto PH levels at Dr. Janet Starr Hull's nutrition website. I used it to adjust my diet and the results in energy levels were measurable too!

Currently using Dr. Hull as an adviser, I am about to detox for high elemental levels. In the past I did a 30 day study on personal PH levels recording AM & PM.

Today I am using it with the Metabolic Typing Diet. Discovering I am a Protein type by adding protein to my diet I was able to change my PH levels quickly (about 30 days becoming constant)

Best wishes on your new adventure with diet and PH levels as a guide. You will do well for sure with dedication and determination (the DD plan). It is good to see you active again too!
